Hello.
Started testing the new pending event sort (thank you!) and I ran across a duplicate event id.
Clicking on a recently created event (javascript:display_even) resulted in description of a different event being displayed. I then greped events.xml for that event id and got:
root@cowbell:/var/www/htts/data# grep "<id>223" events.xml
<event><id>223</id><cal_ids>0</cal_ids><start>1148342400</start><end>1148687999</end><series_id></series_id><title>Clark+%2d+PTO</title><details>Submitted%3a+1%2dMar%2d2006</details><icon>blank</icon><bgcolor>%23ffcc99</bgcolor><unit_number></unit_number><update_timestamp>1141203773</update_timestamp></event>
<event><id>223</id><cal_ids>0</cal_ids><start>1141603200</start><end>1141689599</end><series_id></series_id><title>BD+test</title><details>OUR+TOOLS+SUCK%2e%2e%2e%2e</details><icon>fish</icon><bgcolor>%23F9FC0C</bgcolor><unit_number></unit_number><update_timestamp>1141369228</update_timestamp></event>
I've left my calendar in this state in case you need anything. I'm not able to provide a url to this calendar as we are behind several firewalls.
Thanks again for a great open source calendar.

Well, crud.
I'll try to duplicate this problem.
You don't have to leave your calendar in this state (you can recover by just giving one of the duplicate events a unique id).
If you're able to narrow down the cause (i.e. - from add+approve, or add+update), let me know.
