Event shows wrong Date

Whenever I add an event it changes my time by 1 minute. Ex. 4:00pm to 8:00pm becomes 3:59pm to 7:59pm. Also full day events are moved back 1 day.

That's pretty goofy behavior. It happens on updates too - if you edit the event and save it, the time will move backwards another minute.

I copied your events.xml and calendars.xml file to a test install and tried to duplicate the problem. I was unable to (the time did not shift).

I noticed your timezone offset was "-05". I changed this to "-5", but that didn't make any difference either.

Is this a new install, or an upgrade from a previous version?

Finally, can you email me your plans_config.pl file? I'd like to keep investigating this issue.
