I'm testing Plans 6.5.1 to see if the office theme has any glitches in it.

http://www.wisconsinumc.org/scripts/2005test/plans.cgi

1. I have 16 sub calendars whose events all go on the Main Calendar and who all have their own unique password. When I try to add or edit events to any sub calendar using my master password I get the error message:

Error! The given password does not match the password for ...

If I use the unique password for that particular calendar, the event is added or edited with no problem. I should be able to add/edit events in any calendar with the master password, shouldn't I?

2. When I add or edit an event and click the "Calendar" tab after I see the window that says the event has been added/edited successfully, I am taken to the Holidays calendar instead of the main calendar or the sub calendar that I just added/edited. I reported this previously and am just wondering if there is a fix for this.

3. For Plans 6.5.1 you show that "Events can now link directly to external URLs." How do you do this? I tried using HTML in the event title and the program didn't allow that. I know that you can type a URL in the Event Details and it will be an active link as long as you type text in front of it.

Secondary note:

On the "Themes" page, when you click on the theme image to view it, you get the default calendar theme and not the specific theme you want to view.

Thanks for all your hard work, Lloyd. I love working with this calendar.

1) This is a bug. Good catch! It only happens if you have $options{multi_calendar_event_mode} = 2.

2) I attempted to duplicate this, but darned if I could. If you email me one of your test calendar passwords, I'll try it with your installation.

3) Good question! If the "details" area contains nothing but an URL, the link will go directly to that URL. I should probably add this to the help section.

Yep, the demo has custom themes turned off. I forgot to enable that when I upgraded the demo. Another good catch.

The bug in (1) is worse than I first thought. It's possible to add/edit events using *any* password (except, ironically, for the admin password).

It is not, however, possible to delete events using any password.

Again, this only happens when $options{multi_calendar_event_mode} = 2.

Version 6.5.2 is released with a fix for this.
